What does “BB Can Make That” mean?
It’s short for “Brittany/Babe/Boss Babe/Baby” — okay, not really, but it started as a fun way to say “Hey, I can make that!” and stuck! We’re all about custom, creative, and thoughtful pieces you won’t find anywhere else.
What types of items do you offer?
We make custom apparel, personalized gifts, home and office decor, stationery, decals, notepads, stickers, and more — all made with love using DTF and sublimation printing.
Do you take custom requests?
Yes! We love creating custom orders. Whether it’s a name, date, favorite saying, or a fully unique design, just message us and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life.
Is this a Christian business?
Yes. We are a Christian, faith-based small business and proudly share and create designs that reflect our values. While we serve and welcome everyone, we may decline requests that conflict with our beliefs or values. (This includes political or activist messaging.)

Orders & Personalization
Can I personalize my order?
Yes! Most products can be personalized with names, dates, or custom phrases. Be sure to double-check spelling and details — we are not responsible for errors once the order is submitted.
How do I submit personalization info?
Each listing will have a section to enter your custom text. If you’re unsure, leave us a note at checkout or message us directly.
Can I order something I saw on your Facebook/Instagram group that’s not listed online?
Yes! Send us a screenshot or description and we’ll get it added or processed for you. Or, you can use the Custom Order product listing on our website.
Do you offer bulk or group discounts?
We sure do! Group orders (like vacation tees, teacher gifts, or event bundles) are some of our favorites. Message us for custom pricing.

Shipping & Pickup
When will my order ship?
Turnaround time varies by season, but we generally ship custom orders within 5–10 business days. Shipping can vary based on carrier. Need something rushed? Message us before ordering — we’ll do our best to accommodate!
How will I know when my order is ready?
You’ll get an email with tracking info once your order ships or a message for local pickup when your order is ready.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — if you’re local to Anderson, SC we pick-up for select orders. You’ll receive a message with pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready. We try to coordinate pickup times so that multiple customers can collect their orders at once — it helps us stay organized and efficient! We’re actively working on streamlining this process to make it even more convenient for our local customers.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We typically ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the item and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships. Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?
Once an order leaves our hands, we rely on the shipping carrier to deliver it safely. We’re not responsible for postal delays or errors, but we’ll help you troubleshoot if something goes wrong. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos if your item arrives damaged.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure checkout options offered through our website.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is applied where required by state and local laws.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in production.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please review all details carefully before ordering.

Product Details
What kind of printing do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality printing methods to create our products, including DTF (Direct-to-Film) and sublimation, which both deliver vibrant, long-lasting results. Depending on the item, we may also use UV DTF, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), permanent vinyl, and other specialty materials to ensure the best finish and durability.
How should I care for my item?
For apparel, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Do not iron directly on the design.
For cups and other materials, hand wash is best.

Will the colors match exactly what I see on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, material types, and printing methods. We do our best to show products accurately.
What if my item is out of stock?
Our inventory is tied to supplier availability. If something becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you with alternatives or offer a refund.

What’s your best-seller?
Our seasonal teacher gifts, mama sweatshirts, and custom notepads tend to fly off the shelves! But honestly? Anything personalized is always a hit.
Do you offer gift notes or wrapping?
We don’t currently offer gift wrap, but we’ll happily include a handwritten note — just leave your message at checkout. Plus, we think your order comes in some cute packaging already!
Do you do fundraisers or collabs?
Not currently, but this is something we’d love to explore in the future!
