Return & Refund Policy

1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to BB Can Make That, LLC , its owners, employees, and agents.
- “Customer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing products from the Company.
- “Custom Order” refers to any product that is made-to-order, personalized, or altered at the Customer’s request.
- “Defective Item” refers to a product with a material flaw due to a manufacturing error that substantially affects its intended use.
- “Store Credit” refers to a non-transferable credit issued by the Company, which may be applied toward future purchases and has no cash value.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except as expressly provided in this policy.
3. Customer Responsibility for Customization Errors
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted personalization details (including names, dates, spelling, and design choices) are correct.
- The Company does not provide refunds or replacements for errors made by the Customer.
- While the Company will make efforts to catch mistakes, this is not guaranteed due to high order volume.
4. Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Orders
If the Customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must:
1. Notify the Company within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
2. Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
If the claim is approved, the Customer may receive:
- A replacement, or
- A store credit refund (at the Company’s sole discretion).
5. Exclusions from Return & Refund Eligibility
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Custom Orders
- Incorrect sizes chosen by the Customer.
- Used, washed, or altered items.
- Orders where the Customer fails to notify the Company within the required timeframe.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
BB Can Make That, LLC does not provide express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
