How Our Products Are Made

At BB Can Make That LLC, we use a variety of professional printing and crafting methods to create high-quality, custom products. Here’s a simple breakdown of the main techniques we use so you know exactly what you’re getting:

DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing

DTF is a versatile, high-quality printing process where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred to fabric using heat and pressure.

Why we love it:

  • Works on almost any fabric
  • Produces vibrant, detailed designs
  • Durable and long-lasting
  • Great for full-color prints on apparel

Sublimation

Sublimation uses heat to permanently dye the design into the material. This works best on polyester-based fabrics or specially coated items like mugs and keychains.

Why we love it:

  • No feel to the print – it becomes part of the item
  • Fade-resistant and long-lasting
  • Perfect for white/light-colored surfaces

HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl)

HTV is a type of vinyl cut into shapes or letters and then heat-pressed onto items like shirts, bags, or hats.

Why we love it:

  • Great for bold, solid-colored designs
  • Good for personalization like names or numbers
  • Can add texture or sparkle with specialty vinyls (like glitter or metallic)

UV DTF (Ultra-Violet Direct-to-Film)

UV DTF uses UV light to cure printed designs onto a transfer sheet, which can then be applied to hard surfaces like tumblers, cups, signs, and more.

Why we love it:

  • Stickers feel like they’re printed directly on the surface
  • Waterproof and scratch-resistant
  • Adds a professional finish to non-fabric items
