Welcome to BB Can Make That, LLC! We’re a small, Christian-owned business dedicated to creating high-quality, personalized products that bring joy, encouragement, and fun into everyday life. To ensure transparency and a positive experience, please review our shop policies below.
Our Values
As a Christian-based small business, we proudly offer and share faith-based products that reflect our beliefs. Many of our designs include uplifting messages, Bible verses, and Christian themes. We are honored to provide items that inspire and encourage others in their walk of faith.
While we welcome all customers and strive to treat everyone with kindness and respect, we reserve the right to decline custom orders that do not align with our brand values or personal convictions.
Custom Design Guidelines
We love helping you bring your vision to life through custom products. However, we reserve the right to decline any design request at our sole discretion.
We do not create or fulfill designs that include:
- Offensive, obscene, or profane content
- Hateful, discriminatory, or harmful messaging
- Political slogans, campaign endorsements, or government-related statements
- Messaging involving social movements or ideologies (including, but not limited to, civil rights, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religious criticism)
This is not intended to discriminate or offend, but rather to maintain a creative space that reflects the heart and values of our business.
Right to Refuse Service
BB Can Make That reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including violation of shop policies or submission of custom requests that conflict with our stated guidelines.
Inventory Availability
We do our best to keep all products and sizes in stock; however, our inventory is occasionally affected by our suppliers’ stock availability.
If an item you ordered becomes temporarily unavailable or discontinued, we will:
- Contact you with alternative options (such as a similar style or color), or
- Provide an updated estimated delivery timeline based on restock information
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to fulfill your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Design Ownership & Image Use
We use a mix of original artwork and licensed commercial-use graphics. Some images may be purchased from trusted sources, and we hold the legal rights to reproduce and sell these designs.
Unless otherwise discussed, custom designs may be featured on our website or social media as examples of our work.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing correct customization details (including spelling)
- Reviewing all product descriptions, sizes, and personalization fields
- Communicating promptly if proofing is required
While we make every effort to catch errors, we cannot guarantee correction of all mistakes before printing.
Payments & Order Processing
Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed until payment is received.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure checkout options. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item is defective or the error is ours.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide photos so we can resolve the issue.
Respectful Communication
We strive to provide kind, respectful customer service and expect the same in return. Harassment, abusive language, or bullying of any kind will result in immediate cancellation of your order and permanent ban from purchasing.
Local Pickup Policy
BB Can Make That LLC offers free local pickup for customers in Anderson, SC. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation your order is ready.
Important Notes:
- Due to work and family commitments, local pickup availability is limited. Each order will be given one scheduled pickup time, with the option to reschedule once if needed.
- Order pickup will be scheduled through text message, email, or Facebook Messenger. Delayed or lack of communication may result in limited pickup availability or delays.
- Pickup will take place at one of three designated public locations in the area. While pickup times may vary, they will primarily be scheduled in the evenings. Weekend pickup may be offered based on the owner’s availability.
- Failure to pick up your order after the second scheduled time will result in cancellation without a refund. BB Can Make That reserves the right to resell any unclaimed items.
- If an order is not picked up within that time, we cannot guarantee availability or replacement.
- BB Can Make That is not responsible for items left unattended after confirmed pickup.
- Please double-check your order at pickup. A signature will be required at the time of pickup to confirm that your order has been received. All sales are final once the order leaves our possession.
