Thank you for shopping with BB Can Make That, LLC. This Shipping Policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding how and when you will receive your order. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 


Order Processing Times


All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the order is received. Custom or personalized orders may take longer to process, depending on order complexity and current order volume.


In the event of delays due to high volume or material shortages, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you of extended processing times via email or platform messaging.

 


Shipping Carriers and Methods


We use reliable third-party shipping providers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers, depending on the shipping destination and method selected. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, item weight, and delivery address.


BB Can Make That, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, or natural disasters.

 


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are only estimates and are not guaranteed.


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 


Shipping Destinations


We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you are located outside of the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us before checkout to discuss possible accommodations.

 


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, BB Can Make That, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located: 

  1.  Verify the shipping address provided.
    Check with members of your household and/or neighbors.
     Contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution.

 

If the package was damaged in transit, please email photos of the packaging and damaged items within 3 business days of delivery to initiate a claim. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. BB Can Make That, LLC is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

 


Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses, order contents, or cancellations. Please contact us immediately if a change is required, and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not yet been processed.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated shipping date will be listed in the product description or confirmed via email. These items may ship separately from ready-to-ship items.

 


Shipping During Peak Seasons

During holiday seasons or high-volume promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays during these times.
